Best Mentor Certificate

This award was given to the mentor who had an outstanding performance during the Even Period 2016-2017. Each period, the mentor was evaluated based on the improvement of Mentee, Mentor, and supervisor evaluation. The score then converted into a good and excellent performance. The top 5 become Best Mentor and the Top 1 become the Best of the Best Mentor.
